About Delivery
At the Pawow online store, you can place an order anytime, 24/7 — including weekends. Orders are processed daily by our manager from 09:00 to 18:00.
We ensure fast order handling and shipping so you can receive your goodies as quickly as possible.
Our stock is regularly updated with new products, as we stay in constant contact with official distributors and can promptly restock any needed items.
Product availability on the website is updated daily.
Orders paid before 13:00 are shipped the same day.
If you see the note "🕐 A bit longer than usual" when adding an item to your cart, it means the product will be shipped according to the following schedule:
Monday – Friday – shipped the next day
Saturday and Sunday – shipped on Tuesday
To make up for the delay, we can (if possible) split your order into multiple shipments at our expense.
Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
Delivery conditions:
To a branch (within Ukraine):
1. Shipments must not exceed 30 kg (actual or volumetric weight) and dimensions of 120×70×70 cm.
2. We strongly recommend checking your order at the branch and immediately reporting any damage to the staff.
To a Nova Poshta parcel locker (within Ukraine):
1. Shipments must not exceed 20 kg (actual or volumetric weight), dimensions of 60×40×30 cm, and a declared value of up to 6000 UAH.
2. Please check your order and report any damage right away to Nova Poshta staff or their support team.
Courier delivery (Nova Poshta & Ukrposhta):
1. Available only if the service is supported in your location.
2. We highly recommend checking your order upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately to the courier.

If you notice any defects, feel free to contact our store manager — we’ll sort it out for you. In such cases, we guarantee a refund or exchange for an identical item.
The store is not responsible for any damage that is not reported at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
When a mistake happens on our side
We firmly believe that your order should be perfect every time.
We do our absolute best to minimise errors, constantly improving our operational and technological processes — but unfortunately, we’re not immune to the occasional human mistake.
If we mess up — deliver a defective item, something with a bad expiry date, forget an item, or make another kind of error — we’ll fix it at our expense as quickly as possible (either by exchanging the item or issuing a refund).

When it wasn’t our fault, but the item doesn’t suit you
In these cases, we can’t guarantee a return, but we’ll definitely do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
If the product doesn’t suit you in terms of shape, size, style, colour, or for any other reason can’t be used as intended, you have the right to return an item in good condition within 14 days, not including the day of purchase.
According to the law, returns are accepted if:
Items in good condition purchased at special prices, during promotions and/or sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the product has been used, each case is reviewed individually.
We always try to find a fair solution, even if it falls outside our standard return policy.
Refunds or reshipments are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note: refunds are issued to your card within 72 hours from the moment the return is processed.
